We manufacture dust collectors, duct work, and other miscellaneous components for the air pollution industry. Among the materials that we fabricate are carbon steel, stainless steel (including many diverse alloys such as AL6XN), hastelloy, inconel, and aluminum. Our facilities enable us to build units of all sizes.

The following is a summary of our production facilities & capabilities:

Plasma Cutting:

10’ X 40’ 400 amp Hi-Definition table (16ga. through 1” Plate H.R.S. or S.S.)

10’ X 20” 450 amp (16ga. through 2” Plate H.R.S. or S.S.)

Punching with Repositioning Capabilites:

• W.A.Whitney Turret Punch Press with Plasma 84” x 240” x (20ga. through 5/8” Plate, 5 1/16” hole max.)
• W. A. Whitney Single Station Duplicators, (two machines) (26ga. through 3/4” Plate, 4 1/4” hole max.)
• Wiedemann Turret Punch Press with Plasma 60” x 180” x (26ga. through 1/2” Plate, 5” hole max.)
• Peddinghaus Duplicator with Repositioning Capabilites 30” X 240”x (1/4” through 1 1/2” Plate, 1 1/2” hole max.)
• Anglemaster (1 ½” x 1 ½” through 6” x 6”, even or uneven leg angle, through 5/8” thick)
• Beamline Can punch both channels and beams (flanges & web)

Laser Cutting with Reposition Capabilities:

Mazak with 2KW Turbo Pulsed Laser (26ga. through 1/4” Plate most materials, reposition capabilities)

Rolling:

Gauged material though 1/2” Plate (minimum dia. ½” plate, 60” ID x 12’) (Gauged material can be rolled 7” and larger)

Both Cylinders and Cones • Angles rolled both leg IN and leg OUT. Flat Bars rolled the easy & hard ways.

Forming:

Gauged material through 1/4” Plate x 12’ (thicker material when shorter)

400T X 16’ Pressbrake (rated for 3/8” A36 Plate by 16’)

Shearing:

• 26ga. though 1/4” Plate H.R.S. or S.S. x 12’
• Up to 1” Plate H.R.S. x 4’

Welding:

Several Plate & Pipe Seam Welding Machines Using Both GMAW & GTAW

Welding Processes Include GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, SMAW
